		<description>Sounds like you had a great group together. Amazing the resistance of some groups to engage with social media. I think the hesitancy is that many of us grew up in business settings where we weren&#039;t supposed to let our mistakes show. Twitter and other venues lay it all out there and there is risk. But with risk comes reward! Have to start somewhere.</description>
