Three-button Animation

I’m pretty proud of it, especially that none of the images were imported. All were drawn by hand in the Flash program. I was having a little trouble with the LSU button. It seemed I could stop and start the tiger flash portion with the button, but I only want to be able to start it. I checked my Action Script and everything seems fine. It’s driving me a little CRAZY! Any suggestions?? Thanks and enjoy!
